Annual Meeting
Tipmont’s Annual Meeting is your opportunity to vote for the directors who serve you. All Tipmont memberships are welcome to attend. The meeting is also a great way to learn more about fiber broadband, energy efficiency, and how Tipmont is always fighting for you.

Board district 4 is up for election. The deadline to file candidacy is Friday, June 19, 2026.

2025 Board Elections
Tipmont is governed by a seven-person Board of Directors elected by the membership. As a Tipmont member, you can vote for Directors at the Tipmont Annual Meeting. Each director is elected to a three-year term.
In 2025, Districts 1, 3 and 6 are up for election. Each attending Tipmont member votes for one director in each district.
