SmartHub will be briefly unavailable due to maintenance at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10. We anticipate the service will be available again after several minutes.

Tipmont offices closed for Labor Day

Tipmont and Wintek will be closed Monday, Sept. 1, 2025 in observance of Labor Day.

If you need to pay your bill

Members needing to pay their bill may do so via one of three convenient methods:

  • Online anytime with SmartHub. Online payments can be made using debit/credit card or checking account.
  • Using MoneyGram at participating locations near you. Please use receive code 15126. MoneyGram is cash payments only.
  • Pay by phone by calling 800-726-3953 and using our easy, fast and secure automated solution for making payments with a check, debit, or credit card.

If you need internet support

  • For residential internet support, please call 800-726-3953 extension 4 and leave a voicemail for the on-call technician.
  • For business internet support, please call 765-742-8428 and leave a voicemail for the on-call technician.

If you need to report an electric outage

  • To report an outage 24/7, please call 800-726-3953.

For all other business, our office will reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at 8 a.m.
