UPDATED: 03/10/2026

Avoid third-party payment services such as Doxo.com

Tipmont REMC members have many options to pay electric bills. We recommend avoiding third-party payment processing websites. Doxo.com is a an example of a third-party online bill pay service that allows you to pay your utility and other monthly bills via their website.

Please be aware that Doxo is not affiliated with Tipmont REMC or Wintek powered by Tipmont, even though our logo may be displayed on the Doxo website. Doxo may charge extra fees to pay your electric or internet bill. If you pay your Tipmont bills through our SmartHub online portal, you will never be charged a fee for payment.

Also, Tipmont REMC and Wintek powered by Tipmont cannot control when we will receive the payments from doxo.com, possibly resulting in a late payment or even disconnection. We strongly recommend paying your Tipmont or Wintek powered by Tipmont bills directly by logging into our free SmartHub payment portal.

Tipmont REMC offers several flexible methods for making a payment.

Please contact Tipmont member service at (800) 726-3953 or memberservice@tipmont.com with further questions.
