Pricing increases are in response to rising costs for equipment, infrastructure and resources required to maintain the exceptional level of Tipmont service you expect. FASTER SPEEDS ON POPULAR PLANS
Effective January 22, 2025, Tipmont is increasing speeds on its most popular service plans.
Our 250 MBPS plan is accelerating to 350 MBPS, and our 500 MBPS plan will rev up to 600 MBPS.
Members on these plans will automatically see their speeds increase in January.
A POWERFUL NEW SERVICE PLAN
In select service areas, Tipmont will roll out a 2 GBPS service plan for members requiring maximum power from their internet connection today and in the years to come.

No. Tipmont has never limited the amount of data you can use and will not start to do so now.
Gigabit speed is currently the maximum limit available through Tipmont fiber broadband equipment. This price is increasing because of increased costs Tipmont faces for that equipment, as well as the resources and infrastructure required to maintain the level of exceptional service you expect and deserve.

However, Tipmont is actively seeking grant funding that can help reduce costs for customers who may face hardship. If and as we can offer such a program, we will communicate that to Tipmont fiber broadband customers.
