2019 was a phenomenal first year
We connected more than 700 new Wintek customers throughout the Linden and Battle Ground build areas, far ahead of our original business plan projections. What’s more, 500 are in our queue and more than 6,500 people have registered their interest in Tipmont internet service. Make sure you’re signed up, especially if you live in one of the current or 2020 build areas so we can keep you informed of our progress.
More importantly, Wintek internet customers are highly satisfied with the service. Our average broadband satisfaction score is 4.7 out of 5, and our overall ACSI customer satisfaction score has risen from 81.5 in 2017 to 85 in 2019 — our highest score ever.
What’s next in 2020
We’re targeting three build areas in 2020 (shown in light blue). Each build takes roughly six months to complete. If you live in one of our 2020 build areas, please make sure you’re registered so you can be the first to know when you can pre-order service.
Lafayette
We’ve started engineering in the Lafayette build zones. Fiber crews will begin construction in March with installations in the first zones tentatively scheduled to begin in early June.
Monitor
Engineering will begin in May with installations in the first build zones tentatively targeted for November 2020.
Yeddo
Engineering is underway with installations tentatively targeted to begin in the first build zones by the end of the year.
