Tipmont offices closed for Good Friday

SmartHub will be briefly unavailable due to maintenance at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10. We anticipate the service will be available again after several minutes.

Manage your Tipmont account amid USPS delays

Local news stations have documented recent mail delivery delays from the United States Postal Service that are affecting residents throughout Indiana. Unfortunately, this has created delays with Tipmont members in both receiving bills and mailing their payments.

In some cases, USPS mail delays are causing both mailed billing statements and mailed payments to arrive after their due dates. Although USPS mail delivery times are beyond our control, there are other ways you can manage receipt and payment of your Tipmont bill.

  • ACCESS ACCOUNT INFORMATION 24/7
    You can always receive your account balance, payment due dates and payment status 24/7.

    Use our pay-by-phone service (800-726-3953, ext. 2) or the SmartHub online portal at tipmont.smarthub.coop.

  • CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE
    If you choose to mail a bill payment, please check the status of your account balance.

  • MAILED PAYMENT AND STILL HAVE A BALANCE?
    If you mailed a payment and your account still reflects a balance seven days past your due date, please call our member service team at 800-726-3953, ext. 3.
  • CONSIDER ONLINE PAYMENT
    If you regularly mail a payment, you may consider switching to secure online payments using our SmartHub online portal at tipmont.smarthub.coop. Payments can be made via credit card or bank draft.
  • CONSIDER AUTOMATIC PAYMENT
    With automatic payments, you don’t have to worry about due dates or late fees because your monthly payment is automatically processed.
