SmartHub will be briefly unavailable due to maintenance at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10. We anticipate the service will be available again after several minutes.

Join us for the 2023 Annual Meeting

When we expanded drive-thru options for last year’s Annual Meeting, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. We knew it addressed member feedback on alternative ways to participate — letting people capitalize on making their voice heard while leaving time for other important things in an era of increased demands on our time and attention.

As it turns out, that change compelled more cooperative members to take part than in recent years — with 1,322 members attending either in person or at a drive-thru location.

With no need to fix what’s not broken, we’re (mostly) doing the same thing for the 2023 Annual Meeting — coming Saturday, Sept. 16.

You can once again join us in person at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds or participate at your convenience in one of three drive-thru options: at the fairgrounds, or at Tipmont facilities in both Linden and Battle Ground.

For those attending in person, it will be even easier to move around the fairgrounds — as we’ll be in the East Wing.

Check-in, information booths and seating for the meeting will all be much closer together this year. We’re still drawing for $1,000 cash-or-bill-credit prizes (one for an in-person attendee and one for each drive-thru). And you’ll still enjoy a $25 bill credit simply for showing up (applied to the next Tipmont bill of each registered membership attending).

This year’s election for the board of directors will be for District 4. Please learn more about the competing candidates here. You can also learn more about the 2023 Annual Meeting at tipmont.com/annualmeeting.

In the meantime, fill out and bring the postcard we mailed to you, head to whatever location suits you best, and we’ll see you on Saturday, Sept. 16.
