Two great services, one simple bill

Are you a Tipmont member who enjoys both electric and fiber-internet service?

To simplify your payment process, we are now combining both services into one convenient monthly bill!

Many Tipmont members have requested this option for convenience, and it will simplify payments for you. Also: As postage rates continue to rise, this reduces Tipmont’s costs to mail paper bills.

Tip

You can help us even more by signing up for paperless billing. Log into SmartHub to sign up today.

Each month, we’ll draw a random name for a $100 bill credit just for being paperless.

Beginning with bills issued on Saturday, June 8, 2024, Tipmont members with electric and fiber-internet service will now receive one bill and one charge — now listed as an invoice group number.

You will still maintain separate account numbers for electric and fiber service. Based on any accounting preferences / requirements, you can separately pay each account number.

Most methods of bill pay will largely remain the same, as will applicable billing cycles, due dates, automatic payments and budget billing plans.
