Members may experience flickering lights during today’s high winds. This quick “blink” is our system working to protect the grid and prevent a much longer power outage. If your power stays off for more than a few minutes, please check the breakers in your home before reporting an outage.

About our electric service

Tipmont serves over 25,000 members and 29,000 meters across eight counties in west central Indiana.

Service requests are typically processed within one business day. Our office hours are M-F 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tipmont is modernizing our electric grid with new meters to make our electric system more efficient, responsive and reliable.
