We’re saddened to share the passing of former Tipmont employee Steven Burkle on Sunday, Oct. 4.
Steven devoted 43 years of service to Tipmont. He joined in 1962 and served in the roles of journeyman lineman, foreman and line superintendent prior to his retirement in 2005.
He enjoyed working in his greenhouse, gardening, fishing (especially Sugar Creek and the Wabash River), golfing and euchre at the Linden-Carnegie Public Library.
Memorial contributions can be made in his honor to Calvary Chapel Lafayette.
