From the Boardroom: December 2021

The regular meeting of the board of directors was held on Tuesday, Oct. 26. All directors were present. Also attending
were CEO Ron Holcomb and attorney Brian Garrison.

The year-to-date margin was $1,437,886. The cooperative currently has an equity rate of 33.88%, and 1,253 new services
have been installed this year. The next regular meeting of the board is Tuesday, Dec. 21.
