A widespread provider outage is affecting our phone systems. For electric or internet needs please call 765-742-8428. You may also email memberservice@tipmont.com for electric assistance or noc@wintek.com for internet support. If you need electric outage assistance after hours, please dial 800-833-8921. To use our pay-by-phone system, please call 844-975-2777.
Additionally, we are unable to make outbound calls from our office phones. We do not have an estimated restoral time.

SmartHub briefly unavailable at 4:30 p.m.

SmartHub will be briefly unavailable due to maintenance at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10. We anticipate the service will be available again after several minutes.

From the Boardroom: October 2017

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held Tuesday, August 22, 2017.

President Bob Baker opened the meeting. The board reviewed policy 211, Aid to Construction.

Holcomb submitted his report along with other staff member reports in writing.

Manager of Finance and Administration Doug Martin submitted the overall financials. The year-to-date total for new services is now at 721. The margin was $229,346. The cooperative currently has an equity rate of 44.45 percent. The next regular meeting of the board is Monday, Oct. 23, 2017.
