Tipmont’s Board of Directors held their regular meeting on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017. All directors were present. Also attending were CEO Ron Holcomb and Attorney Jeff Helmerick.
The board approved Policy 411 – Insurance Programs. Holcomb submitted his report along with other staff member reports in writing. The margin was $1,345,924. The cooperative currently has an equity rate of 42.66 percent. 939 new services have been installed in 2017. The next regular meeting of the board is Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018.
