The board of directors held its regular meeting at the Tipmont REMC headquarters in Linden, Indiana on January 26, beginning at 9:00 a.m. All directors were present. Also attending were CEO Ron and Attorney Jeff Helmerick.
President Bob Baker opened the meeting. There were no Board policies reviewed this month. The 2016 Budget was reviewed and approved. CEO Holcomb submitted his report along with other staff member reports, in writing. There were no financial submitted this meeting.
The next meeting of the board will be February 23.
