The board of directors held its regular meeting at the Tipmont REMC headquarters in Linden, Ind. on February 23, beginning at 9 a.m. All directors were present. Also attending were CEO Ron and Attorney Jeff Helmerick.
President Bob Baker opened the meeting. CEO Holcomb submitted his report along with other staff member reports, in writing.
Manager of Finance and Administration Deb Morris submitted the overall financials for December 2015. The margin was $896,224.00, bringing our year-to-date total to $1,060,623.00. There were 38 new services installed in December, bringing our year-to-date total to 508. The cooperative currently has a strong equity rate of 45.82%.
The next meeting of the board will be held March 22.
