Tipmont County Rural Electric Membership Corporation d/b/a/ Tipmont REMC (“Tipmont REMC”) and Duke Energy Indiana, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”), give notice that on March 20, 2023, a Verified Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of a territory modification for Tipmont REMC to provide retail electric service to a parcel located close to West CR 600 North in West Lafayette, Indiana, within Duke Energy Indiana’s assigned service area in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

To allow for electric service to be provided in a manner consistent with good electrical utility engineering practice, portions of the service area boundary between Tipmont REMC (“Tipmont”) and Duke Energy Indiana, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) need to be modified as depicted on the following exhibit map.
