Get $5 when you go paperless!

Save trees, stamps and time when you sign up for paperless billing in SmartHub! Now through August 31, we’re offering a one-time, $5 bill credit for every membership that goes paperless.

Enjoy the convenience and never worry about due dates or late fees. When you receive a bill by email, you can log in to your account and pay it immediately or schedule to pay later. No stamps, checks, or envelopes required.

To receive the bill credit, you must not have been enrolled in paperless billing in the last three (3) months. One credit per billing account. You can receive separate credits for electric and internet service.

How to go paperless in SmartHub

SmartHub Desktop

  1. Login at tipmont.smarthub.coop.

  2. Click on My Profile and make sure your email address is correct.

  3. Click Update My Paperless Settings and then click the slider to enable paperless billing.

SmartHub Mobile

  1. Launch the SmartHub app and login.

  2. Open the menu at the upper left and press settings. Make sure your email address on the Settings screen is correct.

  3. Select the Paperless Billing option and click the slider to enable paperless billing.

Rob Ford is Tipmont and Wintek's communication director, a role he's held since 2015. Rob has a bachelor's and a master's in Communication from Purdue University. He lives in West Lafayette with his wife and three children and has a life-sized Yoda statue in his office. Away from the office, you’ll find Rob working on his golf swing, jump shot, or hope for a Purdue basketball national title – all futile endeavors.
