The board of directors held its regular meeting at the Holiday Inn Express in Crawfordsville on Nov. 3, beginning at 8:30 a.m. All directors were present. Also attending were CEO Ron Holcomb, Manager of Finance and Administration Deb Morris, Human Resources Director Debbie Schavietello and Attorney Jeff Helmerick and Attorney Brian Garrison.
President Bob Baker opened the meeting. Board policies reviewed this month were “recovery of damage costs” and “campaign activities in director elections at annual meeting.” Holcomb submitted his report along with other staff member reports, in writing. Morris submitted the overall financials for October. The margin was $187,066, bringing our year-to-date total to $973,217. There were 36 new services installed in October, bringing our year-to-date total to 378. The cooperative currently has a strong equity rate of 48.69 percent.
The next meeting of the board will be Nov. 24.
