Tipmont will perform routine fiber-optic network maintenance from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday (6/3), Wednesday (6/4) and Thursday (6/5). Customers will likely encounter a 10- to 20-minute internet service outage during that timeframe, but service should self-restore. SmartHub will be briefly unavailable due to maintenance at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10. We anticipate the service will be available again after several minutes.

Tipmont is redesigning our rebates program. A new program will be unveiled later this year.
As a result, the Nest, Water Heater, and Sense rebates are no longer available as of January 1, 2025. If you submitted a rebate by December 31, 2024, that rebate will be honored.
