Wesley Stockdale
Wesley Stockdale is the director for District 6.
Stockdale owns and operates Stockdale Farms in central and southern Fountain County. He previously served as a member and past chairman of the Fountain County Soil and Water Conservation District for 18 years, where he represented the district at the regional and state levels to help maintain and shape conservation practices and policies.
Born and raised in Fountain County, Stockdale has been married to his wife, Sara, for 30 years, and they have two children: daughter Jamie (deceased) and son Jake. Sara and Jake are collaborative partners with Stockdale on the family farm. He graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1982 and Blackhawk College in 1984 with a degree in agriculture. He also attended Purdue University. Stockdale and his family are members of the Sterling Christian Church in Veedersburg and reside southwest of Hillsboro.
Since joining the board in 2020, I have been a liaison between the board and cooperative members within my district — evolving services that are cost-effective to all and addressing concerns within my district that cooperative members bring forth.
