All Tipmont websites, phone systems and bill payment systems will be unavailable from 9 p.m. Monday (11/18) to 3 a.m. Tuesday (11/19) due to maintenance. This includes access to SmartHub.

We anticipate that normal access will be restored before business hours begin on Tuesday.

Help with your energy bill

Families experiencing an uncontrollable or unforeseen hardship circumstances face challenges paying monthly bills. Tipmont will to work with you to make payment extensions or help you locate outside source of assistance. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you have with your payment.

Tipmont is a not-for-profit electric cooperative that sells energy at cost.  If you  need assistance, please contact us so we can help.

If you have past due amounts, our member service team will work with you to arrange an extension. If you have a larger account balance, we’ll do everything we can to give you more time to pay your past due amount.
